Next gen e-commerce and communications platform
Together with Würth, we will continue the digital change journey we've started and develop their digital business. Initially, this is done by a solid investment in the next generation e-commerce and communications platform - launching in 2015. This represents an investment in their digital presence, product, availability, mobility as well as a general increase in their digital service level.
For many years, we have collaborated with Würth Svenska AB regarding their digital efforts. In 2012-2013, we took the first steps toward a full omnichannel strategy, by way of a new e-commerce solution and structuring of 35,000 products in a PIM system. Now we take the next step together.
Ninetech have for several years shown a great commitment, expertise and capacity in the area, both in the strategic process as well as during the production phase. It was therefore an easy choice to proceed with Ninetech in the next stage of the evolution of our digital business.
