More than 140 years of entrepreneurship and innovation are behind the beautifully crafted products from Intra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"dbyh-space set-invisible\" style=\"height: 80px; --tablet-height: 80px; --mobile-height: 80px;\">\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quick facts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intra Designstudio has become a pioneer in the industry, and many competitors have since tried to emulate it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The first generation Designstudio was built in Adobe Flash but was later replaced by a responsive HTML5 framework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ninetech stands for architecture, UX\/design, system development, ongoing management, and hosting via CloudPro.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"dbyh-space set-invisible\" style=\"height: 100px; --tablet-height: 80px; --mobile-height: 80px;\">\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Challenge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intra had a time-consuming manual process for handling drawings from customers and retailers wanting customized sinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The handling was done via email and fax using drawings made by hand in various template documents. The process needed to be streamlined, and Intra wanted to invite customers into the design process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ninetech utilized all its experience in customized web applications, and Intra contributed with deep knowledge of the entire process of producing a complete drawing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The concept \u2013 a user-friendly and straightforward configurator \u2013 that guides the customer through the step-by-step process was tested on end customers and dealers and launched in 2011. But despite major technical updates, the basic principle \u2013 and the success concept \u2013 has remained the same. A simple, straightforward, and efficient configurator that makes it easier for both the customer and the production of Intra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Result<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intra&#8217;s Design Studio became a pioneer in the industry when it was launched and is today a central platform in the sales\/ordering process for custom-made sinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Working with Intra and finding solutions genuinely appreciated by everyone who works with the configurator has been very enriching. I have been responsible for two generations of Intra Designstudio, from one technology platform to a completely different one. But regardless of the underlying technology, we and Intra have always focused on the user experience.
