AI Search & Assist Framework can be combined with our other frameworks, such as Commerce, Portal, Product Catalog, and CPQ. Together, they form a coherent and long-term sustainable digital architecture.

What do I get with AI Search & Assist Framework?

  • Think of it as an initial investment that saves significant time and cost compared to building all logic from scratch.

  • You purchase the rights to the framework through a one-time fee and thereafter own the codebase. We then design and develop your unique e-commerce or customer portal based on your framework.

  • Since you own the code, you are free to further develop it in the future – with or without Ninetech’s support.

What it is not

  • It is not an off-the-shelf solution, product, or service. This means there are no future license fees or lock-in. You own the code in the same way you own the custom code we develop for you, in accordance with the IT & Telecom Industries’ “General Terms and Conditions for IT Services 2016.” Simple and straightforward.
  • As it is not a finished product or service, there are no guarantees or future free updates of the framework itself. Once your website, portal, or e-commerce solution is launched and formally accepted by you, no distinction is made between the framework code and your custom-developed code – it becomes one integrated whole.

We of course offer ongoing development, maintenance, and support (Ninetech Care), regulated through separate agreements.
